For my first IPL, I decided to create a Kahoot. I have been leaning towards wanting to teach the subject of psychology recently so I created a Kahoot of some basic psych concepts. Kahoot can be a great way to implement technology into the classroom because students use their phones to connect to and access the game. It is also great because the teacher can implement teams in which students can share ideas in the process of answering the question. The questions are also timed, so it adds some incentive and excitement to the game. Kahoot can be an amazing tool when teachers are reviewing for tests. It keeps students engaged and allows for interaction amongst students. It can also provide a lot of feedback for the teacher to know what students are understanding and retaining and what they are not.
